Today went out at 6pm and meet with my friends at mrt station then went to Orchard road! We were shopping in Far east plaza then around 8.30 lights were off everything was 'blackout' :D then saw ppl at roadside having candle-lit dinner!
So dark until cannot see then went to orchard hotel and eat! Price there:1 seat 100$ Wtf!

Came home about 11pm + !
